Add VARIETY for PLATEAUS
Variety is the spice of life and it keeps our bodies improving. Workout plans should be updated every 6 to 8 workouts.
And RANDOMNESS for FUN
Surprise yourself and your body by adding in random exercises or different days. For example, instead of your usual bike ride do an interval ride of 20 seconds hard, 10 seconds easy. In your weight workouts, do two exercises back to back before you rest or do an exercise for as many reps as you can in 3 minutes versus doing 3 sets of 10.
