Fast Trac (free) hi-intensity group workout led by a personal trainer

It’s called Fast Trac and is a half hour circuit training workout that builds muscle and endurance. For fitness rookies it provides a great workout and an introduction to various forms of resistance training. For people more experienced with fitness Fast Trac provides a setting where they can ratchet up the intensity of their workout. The circuit and mixing in aerobic exercises gets and keeps the heart rate up. Plus everyone gets an opportunity to get advice from a certified Personal Trainer.

Diabetes vs. Personal Trainer

I was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes eleven years ago in my early twenties. Since then I have constantly struggled to get my A1C (three month average blood sugar) to a normal level. The average level for a non-diabetic person is 6.5 or below. When I was first diagnosed my A1C was 13, WOW. I always ate healthy and exercised, but my exercise routine basically consisted of cardio that was not that vigorous. Still my A1C crept down to about 9.
