Oatmeal recipe made in the oven

Here is a simple recipe you can make overnight and save it for your breakfast on the go.

Ingredients:

- Oven Toasted Oats-Old Fashioned: 2 CUPS

- Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk - 2 CUPS

- Dried Fruit, Super Cranberry and Pomegranate Blend - 1/2 CUP

- Raw Slivered Almonds - 1/2 CUP

- Vanilla Extract - 1/2 TSP

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees (F). Mix all the ingredients and add them in a 8x8 casserole dish (add butter spray to the casserole). Bake for 35-40 minutes.

* You can add a sweetener if you like (drizzle with a little bit of agave, honey or maple). In my case, I am omitting the sweetener because I have the dried fruit's sugar.

And this is the finished product.

This is one serving (Recipe makes 4 servings)

You can do it before you go to sleep, save it on Ziplock bags and they are ready to go!
