As in physical fitness, obviously. It’s time to get back into physical fitness.
“I could use a little social interaction” – The Grinch
Couldn’t we all? Usually the holidays are filled with maybe a little too much interaction for my taste. But this year is filled with not nearly enough!

It is that time of year again when delicious Halloween candy fills grocery stores, everything but your toothpaste is pumpkin spice flavored, and cooler weather makes you more inclined to stay in bed than get up for a workout. This month was all about me! It was the best month ever. I managed to get an accountability partner this month too without even asking. My husband was very happy to thrust himself into this challenge and treat himself too. (See this photo? We’re treating ourselves to delicious NYC ramen. Yeah, that sums up my month pretty well.)
