Personal training: finding the right solution that gives lifetime results.

Plenty of people say that they wish they could afford to pay for personal training. They say they would love to do it but it’s too expensive. If you happen to be one of these people I have a few reasons why paying for personal training is not only inexpensive, but it may actually save you money! Research shows that people who are more physically fit and exercise regularly have less of a chance of developing long term health issues such as diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure. For many people time is money so if you are wasting time, you are wasting money. Having a trainer can help you be more efficient with the time you spend on your personal fitness. Third, if you could pay a certain amount of money to be happy with the way you look and feel every day, how much would you be willing to spend?

Cost: Ask someone with diabetes how much they would pay to no longer have the disease. I bet it’s everything they can afford. Ask someone who has lost a limb to diabetes how much they would pay to have that limb back. How much have they spent treating the disease? People with these problems will spend a lot of money treating the disease and would probably spend as much if not more if they could just pay for the issue to disappear. Science shows that maintaining a healthy body weight by a proper diet and regular exercise will help reduce the risk of these diseases. So, if you add up the money that would be spent on these issues, it would be plenty to put towards personal training!

Time: How much is your time worth? If you really want to see results from working out you have to do the correct exercises to achieve your goals. If you think that you are doing the right thing for six months but still see no results than you wasted six months! Or, you could do some research and really spend time educating yourself on the correct exercises for your goals; but again, how much time would you spend doing that and are you actually getting correct information? Trainers have already spent time doing exactly that, so they already know what is best for you to achieve your results. You will also generally get good tips from your trainer about nutrition and exercises that you should do on your own. These are also great time savers!

Change: Lastly, how much would you be willing to pay to have a happier, healthier, fitter lifestyle? If you could pay a certain amount of money to have the body you want tomorrow, how much would you be willing to pay? How much is being happier, healthier, and comfortable in your own skin worth? Have you ever experienced being completely comfortable as a man with your shirt off or as a woman in a bikini? If you could pay for that, it would definitely be worth the money and the good news is, you can!

Action: You can go ahead and plug in your estimated numbers in what would be dollars spent for all the things I have listed here. I’m sure your total amount would be more than enough to pay for a few months of training. So, now that you see that personal training is absolutely affordable, don’t make any more excuses, find yourself a trainer at Merritt, and get started on your leaner, healthier, happier self today!
