You can learn this cute new stretch called puppy pose, which of course I had to do with my puppy, while she destroyed her favorite toy and got slobber all over my workout area. She’s so cute!

Geez Hillary, I really just wanted an easy, check-that-off-my-to-do-list workout, I didn’t really want to have to actually try.
Hillary didn’t let me get away with that though in her 55-minute SoulBody Barre Unhitched class. To be fair, I was hoping we would do 5 minutes of work and then sit in child’s pose for the last 50 minutes, and also hoping that would burn the same number of calories as actually trying hard. Maybe I had unrealistic expectations.
Oh man, I am so excited to tell you about this class. I got to fulfill my lifelong dream of being a comic book character.

I did a 38-minute HIIT workout with Amelia On Demand. Have you ever taken a HIIT class? It’s so HARD! But in a good way. 38 Minutes is definitely enough time to get your muscles screaming and your heart pumping.
